Project Manager

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:
Establish the timelines of the execution of the solar PV module Manufacturing & sub activities related to module Supply contracts in MW scale ,
Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion related to module production project execution.
Coordinate with Design Engineering, Component Engineering, Production, Quality, SCM, R&D;, Contracts, Insurance, Sales, and Finance teams for smooth project execution.
Support quick start of execution with internal team and contractor for certification like TUV, UL, PVEL & other module related certification requirements.
Ensure compliance with IEC, BIS, ALMM, UL, customer, and regulatory requirements/co-ordination for necessary approval.
Manage customer and vendor coordination for all discussions like technical discussions, project updates, issue resolution, and timely deliverables.
Identify project risks, drive corrective actions, maintain project documentation/MIS reports,



and provide regular updates to management. Risk analysis and Management of the total execution
Solid understanding of Solar PV module manufacturing processes and industry standards.
Manage end-to-end execution of projects related to Solar PV module manufacturing and operations
Experience in NPI/NPD, product engineering, or manufacturing projects.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams effectively.
Agile to work with various stakeholders, agencies, management and consultants
External Conflict management

Expertise and Qualifications:
B.E./B. Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Renewable Energy Engineering
PMP certification will be an added advantage
Candidates with experience in companies related to:
Solar PV Modules
Renewable Energy Manufacturing
EPC
Industrial Engineering
