Experience
3 to 6 years of UX or related experience is preferred.
A certificate or degree in a related field such as Interactive Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or Human Factors is preferred.
Experience working on Agile teams delivering value through digital products is preferred.
A digital portfolio available for online review is required.

Skills
Experience with design skills, which includes visual design, conversational design, information architecture, prototyping, strategic design methods (such as Design Thinking), user research, or UX writing.
Solid communication skills as a writer, presenter, and facilitator.
Familiarity with the value and application of design systems.
Ability to distill qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify recurring themes and drive data-informed design decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the definition of design work and deliver business outcomes across multiple product teams, with appropriate guidance and coaching.
Have the chance to work with accomplished and experienced designers while continuously building your skill set.
Partner with User Research to understand the customer problems to solve.
Partner with the Product Owner to help inform product strategy.
Collaborate across the organization to drive consistent customer experiences.
Contribute to the culture of the Digital Workplace Experience Chapter Area (User Research & UX Design).
