About The Role

You will work directly on real electrolyser systems, testing, troubleshooting, and improving performance. The role is hands-on and thinking-intensive, focused on understanding why things behave the way they do, not just following instructions.

Key Responsibilities
Support electrolyser stack testing and validation
Monitor and log performance data (voltage, current, efficiency, degradation)
Assist in test setup assembly, instrumentation, and debugging
Identify anomalies and suggest logical root-cause hypotheses
Contribute to experiment design and test improvements
Document observations clearly and concisely

Basic Requirements
Background: Chemistry / Physics

Electrochemistry and basic electrical/ mechanical systems

Hands-on mindset with tools and lab setups
