We re Hiring | Senior Consultant Accounts Receivable (AR)

Location: Jabalpur / Noida Experience: 3+ Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Consultant Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, revenue accounting, cash application, and customer account reconciliation, with a strong understanding of US GAAP and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
Perform revenue accounting activities in compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
Process, reconcile, and apply customer payments accurately.
Monitor and manage the AR mailbox , ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and requests.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, unapplied cash, deductions, and payment-related issues.
Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate AR records.
Collaborate with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related concerns.
Prepare AR reports,



support month-end closing activities, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Accounting.
Solid understanding of US GAAP .
Hands-on experience with cash application , collections, account reconciliation, and AR mailbox management.
Experience working with NetSuite ERP is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced workplace.
