We're looking for a skilled Software Engineer (Web Application Development-Java, AWS) to join our team. You'll be a key player in building and maintaining cutting-edge web applications (B2B). This position requires a problem-solver with solid experience in up-to-date technologies, including: designing, building, and integrating complex software solutions.
Required Skills
5 to 10 years of experience in customer-facing web application development (B2B)
Experience in Java 8 (or above), Spring Boot-- candidate must be able to showcase and discuss proven work projects
Experienced in AWS platform and related cloud technologies (AWS certification preferred)
Microservice architecture & RESTful web services
Database - PostgreSQL
Code Repository: GitHub, CI/CD - Github Actions
Experience working in an Agile-led team workplace. familiarity with Jira
Nice to have experience - Typescript, ReactJS, Redux
Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with tools like Datadog or AWS CloudWatch for observability and debugging.
Heavy emphasis on maintaining application in a production supported workplace
This position leads to the resolution of production issues in a timely manner based on SLAs. Resolution of medium to difficult technical issues. Work involves support of existing systems/ applications and also working in recent enhancements. Experience in implementation and production support and incident management as well.
