Role & responsibilities

Take charge from previous shift associate including proper housekeeping.
Put on all PPE Helmet, Goggles, Nose-mask, Safety shoos.
Check that during breakdown & shutdown maintenance people are working with proper Work permit and LOTO
Read log book/log sheet (PR/ML-F-01, PR/ML-F-02, PR/ML-F-03, PR/ML-F-04, PR/ML-F-05, PR/ML-F-06, PR/ML-F-07, PR/ML-F-15) & follow up pending work/instruction, if any.

Ensure that running product is as per given batch recipe.
Ensure that required tools are available and in proper condition or not.
Ensure that magnet is properly clean.
Ensure that all bins are filled as per requirement.
Ensure that all raw materials are available at its location.
To check physical batch moisture in every batch & to maintain the batch moisture.




During whole shift keep the area clean for positive housekeeping.
Write log book/log sheet (PR/ML-F-01, PR/ML-F-02, PR/ML-F-03, PR/ML-F-04, PR/ML-F-05, PR/ML-F-06, PR/ML-F-07, PR/ML-F-15)
Hand over charge to next shift.
If any feedback from QC or shift in charge related to quality problem, take necessary action to rectify the problem.
Ensure safety of people, machine etc., informing any safety hazards found to shift in charge.
If any abnormal noise or vibration from machine then inform to shift in charge and maintenance and try to solve the problem.
Accountable for valuable batch moisture/ required strength with time bound.
