Role & responsibilities
Act as the core SME for Oracle Fusion and EBS, specifically driving Subledger Accounting (SLA).
Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional solution design for Payments and SLA processes.
Configure SLA components, including accounting rules, journal line types, and account derivation rules.
Manage multi-ledger, multi-currency, and global accounting requirements, ensuring flawless reconciliation between subledgers and the General Ledger.
Define and document business process flows, BR100s, and Functional Design Documents (FDDs).

Preferred candidate profile
Deep Expertise: 8+ years in Oracle Financials, with a solid understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
Methodology: Experience thriving in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
The "Human" Layer: Beyond technical skills, we need someone with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to lead complex functional discussions.
