About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment operations and ensure a seamless hiring experience for clients and candidates.

You will coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and clients, manage interview scheduling, maintain recruitment trackers, follow up on hiring activities, and ensure every position moves efficiently through the hiring lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and working in a rapid-paced recruitment workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews between clients, recruiters, and candidates.




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and CRM with accurate information.
Coordinate with internal recruiters for candidate submissions and interview updates.
Ensure timely communication with clients and candidates.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Use AI and recruitment tools to improve operational efficiency.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail.
MS Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes.
Experience with ATS/CRM is an added advantage.
