Originate current deals in identified focus sectors and achieve assigned business targets
Understand customer needs and propose products or lending terms to cater to these requirements, while adhering to risk management guidelines
Carry out negotiations of lending terms and conditions with business representatives
Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining high service standard and compliance
Structure and present recent credit proposals to Credit/ Risk teams
Ability to present proposals to management for seeking approvals
Coordinating with internal stakeholders for successful conversion and disbursement
Cross selling of other products
Closure of any open deferrals / deviations
Periodic portfolio monitoring and identification of any early warning signals
Maintain portfolio MIS including calls-to-action, conversion status etc
