Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital ServiceMax Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceMax Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in ServiceMax configuration, Salesforce platform, integrations, and field service business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities
Configure and implement ServiceMax solutions based on business requirements.
Customize ServiceMax modules, workflows, and business processes.
Integrate ServiceMax with Salesforce, ERP, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
Support work order lifecycle, scheduling, dispatching, and technician mobility.




Perform system enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support.
Coordinate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and UAT.
Prepare functional/technical documentation and conduct user training.
Ensure best practices for ServiceMax implementation and support.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce Administration or Development.
Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
Experience integrating ServiceMax with SAP/Oracle ERP.
ServiceMax or Salesforce certification is an added advantage.
