Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance and utility operations, ensuring smooth plant functioning through preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, shift planning, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily team activities and manpower allocation.
Prepare and monitor CIL (Cleaning, Inspection & Lubrication) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
Supervise electrical maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Handle electrical breakdowns and coordinate immediate corrective actions.
Manage shift planning and workforce scheduling.
Maintain maintenance records, defect logs, preventive maintenance reports, and Centreline documentation.
Coordinate material receiving and ensure availability of spare parts.
Implement and sustain 5S practices within the electrical maintenance area.
Lead electrical utility projects and maintenance activities.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC)



for electrical and utility-related escalations.
Maintain and update legal and statutory electrical documentation.
Provide operational support during equipment breakdowns and spare part replacements.
Monitor team performance and maintain scorecards/KPIs.
Supervise both electrical systems and chiller utility operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and plant maintenance procedures.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience in utility equipment and chiller operations.
Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Understanding of 5S, TPM, and Centreline practices.
Ability to manage teams and shift operations.
Familiarity with electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Hands-on experience with utility equipment, electrical distribution systems, and preventive maintenance planning.
Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
