We are looking for a skilled Senior Dialysis Technician with 2 to 5 years of experience in Nephrology to join our team at Aster MIMS Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dialysis technology and excellent patient care skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Operate and maintain dialysis machines for proper functioning.
Monitor patients during dialysis procedures and respond to emergencies.
Administer local anesthesia, anticoagulants, and other medications as prescribed.
Monitor blood pressure, blood gases, and other vital signs.
Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in Dialysis Technology or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in dialysis technology, preferably in Nephrology.




Possess robust knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment, and patient care.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace is essential.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
