URGENT HIRING Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Industry: Automotive / Taper Roller Manufacturing

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience
2–5 Years (Experience in Grinding / CNC Machine Maintenance Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance, CLIT (Clean, Lubricate, Inspect & Tighten), and Leak Test activities.
Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
Maintain Centreless Grinding Machines, CNC Grinding Machines, Header Machines, Heat Treatment Furnaces, and Utility Equipment.
Ensure machine safety, adherence to maintenance schedules, and proper housekeeping.
Support machine installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
