Job Title: PMO Transition Manager

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PMO Transition Manager to lead end-to-end business process transitions into a Global Capability Center (GCC). The ideal candidate should have experience managing transitions of Finance, HR, or Operations processes, ensuring smooth migration from planning through hypercare and business stabilization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end transition projects from initiation to hypercare.
Develop transition plans, timelines, and governance frameworks.
Manage Knowledge Transfer (KT) planning and execution.
Coordinate with stakeholders across global and local teams.
Ensure readiness of recruitment, IT infrastructure, and facilities.
Manage service rehearsals, cutover activities, and Go-Live.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Drive change management and communication plans.
Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Ensure a smooth handover to Business-as-Usual (BAU) teams.

Required Experience
7+ years of overall experience.
3 to 5 years of end-to-end Transition Management experience.




Experience managing business process transitions (Finance, HR, Operations, Shared Services).
Experience working in a GCC/Shared Services/Captive environment.
Solid experience in project governance, stakeholder management, and change management.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Finance background preferred).
Experience in Finance process transitions (P2P, O2C, R2R, AP, AR) is an added advantage.
