Define and implement the overall test strategy, test architecture, and automation roadmap.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium and related tools.

Lead end-to-end testing activities including functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing.

Collaborate with Development, Product, and Operations teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Review requirements and technical designs to identify testability, risks, and quality improvements.

Establish test standards, best practices, and quality metrics across projects.

Mentor QA engineers and provide technical guidance on automation and testing methodologies.

Analyze defects, identify root causes, and drive continuous quality improvements.





Ensure testing processes align with Agile and DevOps practices.

Mandatory Skills

1015 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

Robust expertise in Automation Testing and framework development.

Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation tools.

Experience in the Telecom domain, specifically 5G Core Networks.

Solid understanding of test architecture, test planning, and test automation strategies.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
