The AC Technician is responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems across Aster Pharmacy retail stores.
Preferred candidate profile
Perform preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems as per the maintenance schedule.
Attend complaints from stores and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with external service providers and AMC vendors for major repairs and maintenance.
Monitor and recommend replacement of worn-out equipment and spare parts.
Support other facility maintenance activities whenever required.
Travel to pharmacy stores across Kerala based on operational requirements.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical qualification.
Certification in HVAC systems is an added advantage.
