A) Role & responsibilities
Design and lead end-to-end recruitment processes for getting high-caliber talent .
Manage employee onboarding, HR policies, performance evaluation, and learning & development.
Maintain administrative systems including office infrastructure, asset management, and travel/logistics.
Ensure compliance with service rules, contracts, and labor regulations.
Support leadership in team development, conflict resolution, and organizational culture building.
Drive process automation and documentation to streamline internal operations.
Collaborate with an HR Manager to design and implement administrative and HR processes.

B) Preferred candidate profile
High-performing individual with a strong academic background and a consistent track record of excellence in relevant work experience.
Demonstrated ability to design HR systems and policies in a fast-evolving institutional setup.




Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and engage effectively with both internal teams and senior government stakeholders verbally and in writing.
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills with a solid sense of empathy.
Collaborative individual with a solid drive towards organization development.

C) Qualification Criteria: MBA (Human Resources or Personnel Management) from a recognized University or Professional Institution recognized by Government.

D) Experience Criteria: Minimum 7 years total experience, with at least 3 years in Head-HR positions, preferably in Government, Public-Sector projects or large organizations.
