Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing restaurant partner accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring a seamless partner experience.

Key Responsibilities
Onboard and manage restaurant partner accounts.
Build robust relationships with restaurant owners and key stakeholders.
Drive sales of promotional plans, offers, and marketing solutions.
Monitor partner performance and recommend growth strategies.
Ensure Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content is accurate and updated.
Resolve partner queries related to payouts, promotions, and operations.
Analyze business performance using dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner experience and achieve revenue targets.
Desired Candidate
Graduate with 07 years of field sales or account management experience.
Robust communication and relationship management skills.
Positive analytical and Excel skills.
Experience in sales, e-commerce, hospitality, or restaurant partnerships is preferred.
Self-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a field-based role.
