Role & responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Ensure rooms are clean, sanitized, and ready before guest check-in.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost & found articles promptly.
Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools safely.
Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report shortages.
Follow cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
Assist with laundry operations whenever required.
Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping services.
Support the housekeeping team in maintaining overall hotel cleanliness and presentation.

Preferred candidate profile




Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Higher qualifications are welcome).
Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, hospitals, or commercial establishments is preferred.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment.
Attention to detail with a robust commitment to cleanliness.
Honest, disciplined, and dependable.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically fit and capable of performing routine housekeeping duties.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
