To ensure adherence to quality standards across all production processes. This role oversees incoming quality control, panel assembly inspections, documentation, and customer audits, while driving continuous improvement, maintaining product integrity, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team and contribute to our power utility projects.
Oversee inspection and approval of incoming materials including numerical relays, meters, electronic devices, and fabrication items.
Ensure that all required test certificates and reports, as specified in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), are verified at the point of receipt.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and certifications.
Maintain and update documentation, such as test certificates, internal process reports, and Bills of Material.
Coordinate with the Documentation Department for warranty and COC/TC generation.
Monitor assembly processes, ensuring quality in aesthetics, hardware, bus-bars, fittings, and labeling.
Supervise two-stage inspections for MV/LV jobs and verify rectifications before customer inspection.




Lead customer inspection processes by preparing As-Built or Approved drawings and discussing testing plans with clients.
Ensure all compliance reports and inspection MOM points are addressed for timely dispatch clearance.
Ensure testing kits remain fully operational with valid calibration certificates.
Oversee the maintenance of registers and records for each job to monitor quality trends.
Manage internal and external ISO audits, vendor assessments, and implement corrective actions (RCA/CAPA).
Expedite inspections and drive process improvements to align with quality standards.

Ideal: Quality Manager with reach experience and Team management of minimum of 10 members.

Understanding of all the quality process and function.

Experience in Integrated Management Systems.

yoe: 10 to 15 years of relevant experience

qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical
