We are seeking a hands-on BRM Data Migration Lead to own and execute complex telecom billing data migrations. You will work with BRM CMT, develop migration strategies, and ensure data integrity throughout the full migration lifecycle.
Design and execute end-to-end BRM data migration using CMT and related tooling
Develop migration strategy documents, cutover runbooks, and reconciliation scripts
Map legacy data models to BRM 12 schema and handle encrypted data conversions
Run parallel bill runs, dry runs, and performance tests to minimise downtime
Conduct post-migration analysis across events, invoices, open items, bills, and dunning
Integrate data loads with northbound and southbound systems




6+ years BSS/BRM migration experience with hands-on BRM development background
Solid knowledge of BRM 12 schema and CMT data migration tools
Proficiency in Java, C/C++, Oracle 12c/19c, PL/SQL, and scripting (Perl/Python)
Experience with data integrity testing and migration validation
Solid Kubernetes knowledge for migration setting management
Agile/DevOps project experience
Cloud migration exposure
Telecom billing domain knowledge
