Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Industry: Manufacturing Experience Mandatory (Preferably Automotive)
Experience: 6 to 10 Years (Manufacturing Industry / Recruitment Consulting)
Location: Coimbatore
Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose: To manage end-to-end talent acquisition for manufacturing operations by sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified talent across the functions, and leadership roles, ensuring timely closures, quality hires, and solid stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Aftermarket, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply chain, Projects, and leadership positions.
Work closely with Functional leaders, and HRBPs to understand manpower plans, job requirements, and hiring timelines and conduct regular review meetings with department managers
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, campus hiring, and headhunting for critical positions and build Talent Pipeline
Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, behavioural competencies,



and cultural alignment.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, trade tests, and technical evaluations
Manage offer discussions, compensation benchmarking, and negotiation in line with internal parity and approval matrix.
Ensure smooth pre-boarding and onboarding
Support mass hiring, ramp-up projects, greenfield / brownfield plant expansions
Maintain updated MIS dashboards and provide weekly reports to leadership.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives
Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies & Support continuous improvement

Valuable communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification - MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or equivalent
