We are looking for creative and enthusiastic Junior Producers who are passionate about digital news and storytelling.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience who enjoy creating engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, possess excellent Hindi communication skills, and have a strong understanding of how up-to-date audiences consume content online.
As a Junior Producer, you will write short, engaging, digital-first scripts, present news stories on camera for reels and short-form videos, deliver explicit and energetic voiceovers, and assist in developing special content series.
You will also perform basic video editing for short news clips, analyze digital content trends and audience behavior, support senior producers on long-form projects,



and ensure every story maintains high standards of accuracy, creativity, and speed.
Candidates should have a confident on-camera presence, strong command of written and spoken Hindi, and a good understanding of digital storytelling techniques.
Freshers with exceptional creativity and a passion for content creation are encouraged to apply.
Experience creating content on personal social media platforms and familiarity with YouTube and Instagram formats will be considered a strong advantage.
This role is best suited for digital-first storytellers rather than traditional bulletin-style scriptwriters or specialists accustomed to rigid legacy newsroom formats.
