Job Description -
Responsible for driving various Talent acquisition initiatives in line with business requirements.
To discuss and plan the required manpower(CRE) with the regional business manager.
Will coordinate the different CRE hiring drive along with the business team.
Coordinate with different colleges, employment exchange, skill development companies for maintaining a constant Talent pool.
Participate in different job fairs.
Coordinate the smooth joining of the current CREs.
Plan and organize Monthly recruitment drive.
Sourcing data to be maintained.
Generate referrals through social and BTL activities for recruitment drives.
