Participate in transfer pricing engagements by thoroughly analysing information, applying economic and financial knowledge to client situations, and developing effective approaches tailored to clients' financial circumstances.

Demonstrate a commitment to quality in all aspects of your work, including managing client service team members and contributing to the achievement of team goals.

Develop and deliver transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely, responsive services and work products.

Prepare global documentation, conduct benchmarking and planning assignments, assist with audit defence, and participate in advance pricing agreements (APAs).

Engage in business development initiatives.

Assist in managing engagement economics by organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders.

Build solid internal relationships within the transfer pricing team and across other services.

Foster collaboration and constructive communication within the team and with other BUs.

Display general knowledge of the engagement's overarching objectives.





Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work as needed to meet your annual chargeability goal.

Develop, mentor, and supervise the team.

Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback.

Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting, retaining, and training transfer pricing professionals.

Qualification Criteria

Qualified CA

Minimum 5 years of client facing India Transfer Pricing consulting experience

Should have a robust background in managing compliance, advisory and litigation projects

Valuable communication skills (Verbal & Written)

Client facing experience is must
