Roles and responsibilities:
Complete installation of the assigned residential sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report
Complete material shifting
Structure installation
Module installation
Earthing
Cabling
Inverter installation
Civil works and civil foundations for the structure and earthing
RMS Configuration
Explanation of system to the client
Maintain all SOPs such as pre and post links to be filled
Reporting: Maintaining of files and documents related to project execution for each client and service reports
Provide up to date daily work status report via email to reporting manager

Mandatory Requirements
Class 12/ITI/Diploma
3 months Skill Development Course
Willingness to travel extensively
Positive oral and written communication skills

Additional Requirements




Passion for delivering high quality results and takes complete accountability of assignments
Willingness to learn, upskill and undertake jobs like site surveys / material inspection, if required
Problem solving and Analytical thinking
