Roles and Responsibilities:

Understands Domain very well and Performs detailed requirement analyst.

Communicating with client to understand their requirement and act as liaison between client and IT team. Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases.

Responsible for functional requirement provided by customer and delivering the same from IT team and training on product to customer or Client.

Creating, updating and maintaining details Software requirement Specification. Ensuring no rework due to requirement mismatch.

Clarifying any doubts raised by IT department in co-ordination with SME or customer, reviewing changes done by IT department and ensuring same is in line/as expected by customer.

Providing feedback to IT team on improvement in terms of usability & simplifying process.

Communicating release to client and seeking approval from customer during release. Maintaining up to date change tracker/requirement tracker.

Presenting current status, pending activities, changes requested from client monthly, Periodic project status to management.





Ability to present and explain project specific information to diverse types of audiences.

Robust ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process flows and diagrams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with robust consulting and interpersonal skills at all levels of management.

Experience in software development lifecycle analysis, development, testing, and documentation.

Proven track record of delivering high volume, transaction based systems.

Adaptable to a business setting with fast changing requirements and priorities.

Should be willing to travel.

Preferably Candidate should be able to conversate in Kannada, English, Hindi.
