Role Overview
The Sales Head will be responsible for driving overall Sales & Marketing for Doors and Veneers, with a transparent mandate to expand market presence, strengthen key accounts, and accelerate business growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy for Doors & Veneers
Drive sales expansion, market penetration, and brand visibility
Handle project sales and institutional business with leading architects, builders, and consultants




Build and manage high-performing sales teams and channel partners
Develop robust relationships with premium brands and large project clients
Track market trends, competition, and customer insights to drive growth initiatives

Desired Profile
Senior sales leader with a clear vision for sales expansion and business growth
Hands-on experience in project sales, preferably with leading brands such as Jaquar, Simpolo, Somany, or similar premium brands
Strong exposure to building materials, interior products, doors, veneers, or allied industries
Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and leadership skills
