Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.

Job Requirements




Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the wood coating industry.
Strong knowledge of the wood coating process and its applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and customer needs.
