Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day finishing activities and ensure timely completion of the project while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise all finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, joinery, and interior works.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project engineers for smooth execution.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor labour productivity and daily site progress.
Conduct quality inspections and rectify execution issues.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and safety regulations.
Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate material requirements.

Qualifications
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
58 years of experience in residential or commercial finishing works.
Solid knowledge of finishing materials, quality standards, and site execution.
Positive communication and team management skills.
