Manage daily PR-PO cycle including quote comparison, PO creation, and order follow-ups.
Maintain accurate procurement data including PO trackers, delivery status, GRN follow-ups, and invoicing documentation.
Exposure in indirect Material Planning and procurement.
Track orders and coordinate with vendors for on-time delivery.
Monitor inventory and stock levels and initiate procurement as required.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policy and procedure.
Coordinate with stores team for proper storage and material handling.
Co -ordinate with Production team for current trail approval and executions for Indirect materials.
Preparation of monthly schedule for indirect material and scheduling to Vendors.
Preparation of MIS data month on month.
Preparation of supplier performance report on month on month.
Exposure in commodity like consumables, spares and tools.
Excellent organizational ,coordination and problem solving skills.
Ability to work individually and within a team.
Should have knowledge in SAP in MM model.
Should have advance excel knowledge & PPT.
Cost negotiation and cost reduction initiatives.
