Job Description: WFH Counsellor

Position: Work From Home (WFH) Counsellor
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full time

Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieve Performance Goals:
Convert prospective students into confirmed admissions to meet target metrics.
Succeed in achieving individual and team performance goals.
Program Coordination:
Collaborate with the Central Team for updates on upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes, and offers.
Student and Parent Communication:
Maintain regular communication with students and parents to understand their requirements.
Enhance student satisfaction by promoting awareness of PW's products and services.
Data Management:
Collect payments and maintain records of registration forms, receipts, and other documentation.
Ensure all ERP entries are completed accurately and promptly at the end of each day.
Admission Process Support:
Guide and support parents through the admission process by answering queries and assisting with document completion.
Provide detailed information on admission procedures and courses through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Follow-Up Activities:
Conduct regular follow-up calls with absentee students to ensure re-engagement.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle inquiries and provide accurate and clear information.
Proficiency in data management and maintaining accurate records.
Customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Familiarity with EdTech platforms and admissions processes is an added advantage.

Admission conversion rate.
Timely and accurate data management.
Parent and student satisfaction levels.
Completion of daily ERP entries.
Regular follow-up with absentee students.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Education/EdTech experience preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Previous experience in counselling or admissions is a plus.
