Role & responsibilities
Lead legal due diligence, vetting, and documentation for land acquisition, contracts, agreements, and other real estate transactions.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including RERA, BMC, BDA, and other applicable real estate laws.
Manage litigation and legal disputes, coordinate with external advocates, and represent the organization before courts and regulatory authorities.
Drive land acquisition legal processes, including title verification, risk assessment, stakeholder negotiations, and compliance.
Liaise with government authorities and oversee RERA registrations, approvals, and other regulatory matters.
Provide strategic legal guidance to business and cross-functional teams, ensuring legal risk mitigation and compliance across operations.
