Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate current business opportunities, build robust customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, architects, builders, interior designers, and digital inquiries.
Meet homeowners, architects, builders, consultants, and corporate clients to understand their automation requirements.
Present and demonstrate Liverton Automation products and solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up until order confirmation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for project requirements.




Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM/Zoho.
Coordinate with the installation and service teams to ensure timely project completion.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred).
Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel across Kerala.
