As a Python AI Developer, you will be a hands on contributor within a cross functional engineering team, designing and building intelligent software solutions that leverage Python based services and modern AI capabilities. You will contribute directly to product features, support the integration of AI into existing platforms, and help deliver scalable, high quality software that meets real customer needs.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, the following qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of skilled software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python, including experience building backend services or applications.
Basic to intermediate experience with AI/ML concepts, such as model integration, prompt based AI, or data driven features.




Experience working with REST APIs and integrating third party services.
Familiarity with Git based version control and team-oriented development workflows.
Experience working in an agile or iterative development setting.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
Experience with AI frameworks or tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn, or LLM based APIs).
Experience in healthcare or other regulated software environments

Work location: Hybrid around 2 days per week from office

Domestic Travel: May include up to 20%
