Role OverviewAs a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition, you will drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent. You will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand capability gaps, optimize the hiring lifecycle, and build a robust, diverse talent pipeline for the future
Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Leverage advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search, qualified networks, and targeted talent mapping to identify passive candidates.
Develop and execute cutting-edge recruitment strategies that align with broader organizational goals.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and establish interview evaluation rubrics.
Manage the candidate experience rigorously, ensuring transparent communication, timely feedback, and a seamless hiring journey.
