Junior Electrical Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:
Drawings Development:
Coordinate with Design Team on gathering inputs and requirements
Preparation of list of drawings, Man-hour s estimation
Site visit and input gathering
Discuss with Design Engineers/Principal Consultants on the design requirements
Development of job specific Quality Checklists
Preparation of area summary
Preparation DBR
Max demand load calculations
Drafting - Concept Detailed Electrical drawing
Preparation of BOQ tender documents
Learning Development:
Assess the skills of Team members, competencies, certifications, and the staffing level needs
Review the Learning development desires of Electrical Drafters and map the training requirements
Ensure the reinforcement of current knowledge and skills requirement on the job
Organisational Knowledge Development Management:
Support to develop Training material specific to Electrical Drafting service
Develop design standards/documents for Electrical Drawings
Job Planning Delivery:
Plan the projects Deliverable
Execute the Plan and Ensure on-time delivery
