Preferred candidate profile

Source and recruit Delivery Executives (Two-Wheeler Riders) for Flipkart through field hiring, job fairs, referrals, social media, and local campaigns.
Conduct walk-in drives and field recruitment activities near delivery hubs.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
Build relationships with local colleges, training institutes, communities, and referral partners.
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily hiring updates. Coordinate with Hub Managers and Recruitment Leads to fulfill manpower requirements.
