Responsible for purchasing engineering, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical spare parts.
Responsible for Handle CAPEX purchases for recent equipment, machinery, and plant expansion projects.
Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production downtime.
Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, production, QA, and finance departments.
Maintain inventory levels of critical spare parts.
Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations), perform comparative statement analysis, and conduct vendor evaluations.
Ensure procurement complies with GMP, GDP, and company SOPs.
Track supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation in ERP systems
