Roles and Responsibility
Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior.
Develop and implement effective credit risk models to predict potential losses.
Conduct thorough credit assessments and provide recommendations on loan approvals.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor and report on credit performance metrics, such as delinquency rates and collection efficiencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.

Job Requirements
Strong understanding of credit principles and practices,



with experience in micro LAP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling solid relationship building with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in credit management.
Experience working with Tata Capital Ltd or similar companies is an advantage.
