Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and support projects.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage project execution and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
Conduct project planning, status meetings, risk assessments, and steering committee reviews.
Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
Manage project budget, resource allocation, and overall project financials.
Track project deliverables and prepare regular status reports for leadership.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have solid project management skills, stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record of delivering SAP projects on time, within scope,



and within budget.

Required Skills
10 15 years of IT experience with SAP Project Management experience.
Experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration projects.
Robust knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, EWM, HCM, or SuccessFactors.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management experience.
Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or SAP Solution Manager.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Solid communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
