Prepare the detailed project schedule in Primavera P6 or MS office
Breakup the work planning for Tank isolation, sludge cleaning, surface preparation, Inspection, repair maintenance, blasting painting and boxup the tank activity.
Co-ordinate with all In-charge Client
Define the project milestone
Lookout track the daily work progress as per milestone or baseline.
Analyze deviations of project and recommend corrective actions to the project co-ordinator or In-charge.
Estimate and allocate required manpower, equipment, and materials. And if required coordinate with Support service group.
Planning for work permit and align with client requirements.
Lookout the scope change, extra work or delays due to client or tank condition.
Report to project co-ordinator.
Follow the basic safety rules of oil gas refinery
