Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our reputed contractor client to lead and manage industrial construction projects from planning through execution and handover. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in industrial building construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of industrial construction projects.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and statutory authorities.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to mitigate delays.




Review and approve work schedules, material planning, and procurement requirements.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control and budget compliance.
Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and project documentation.
Resolve technical and commercial issues arising during project execution.
Ensure timely project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Maintain proper documentation, including DPRs, MIS reports, material reconciliation, and project records.

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
M.Tech or PMP certification will be an added advantage.
