Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Lead technical teams and mentor developers.
Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents.
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

ServiceNow Architecture & Technical Leadership
ITSM, ITOM, HRSD & Custom Applications
JavaScript, GlideScript & AngularJS
REST/SOAP Integrations & Scripted REST APIs
Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace (Preferred)
Platform Analytics & Agile/Secure Methodologies
