Working experience on US accounting, international taxation and treaties
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the financial, accounting and banking responsibilities independently
Responsible for day to day book keeping and all other accounting related activities
Maintaining fixed assets register,
Payment of all bills, expense reimbursements, salary and bonus payment
Generating purchase order and invoices, managing payables and receivables
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and providing the comparison against the budget
Banking activities managing bank relationship, current account, fixed deposit, cheque book, FIRC, etc.
Work with auditors for statutory audit and take care of the auditors finding to keep it compliant
Maintain all ROC related documents and with help of company secretary file all required returns in timely fashion.
