Role & responsibilities
Analyze and timely fullfill client requests by empanelment of best fit experts for various research projects in a particular domain.
Read and actively search information that helps you understand your clients industry.
Tracks competitive and other information that will be of value to your teams and clients.
Develop an understanding of how to work with clients and industry experts including communication, time tracking, monthly reports etc.
Act as a point of contact for clients.
Client Relationship Management build valuable relations with clients and leverage them to get more business
Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and produced to the highest possible standard.
Read about the latest news items relating to your domain to forecast potential client projects and create a pool of suitable experts in advance.
Act as Mentor to associate-expert engagement
Requirements-
Post graduate degree (Preferably in the field of Economics, Marketing or Business.)
1- 5 years prior work experience in research and client servicing domain.
Comfortable in working in night shift 6 pm to 3 am- work from home
Comfortable in coming to office once in a week in night shift 9pm-6am.
