Job Description R&D; Scientist

Key Responsibilities:
Perform research and development activities in accordance with approved project plans and requirements.
Develop, optimize and validate analytical and technical methods to support product development and process improvement.
Design and conduct experiments, analyze and interpret data accurately and draw scientifically sound conclusions.
Prepare, review and maintain technical documentation, including protocols, reports and development records.
Ensure full compliance with applicable Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 13485 requirements.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Production and Regulatory Affairs to support project objectives.
Support technology transfer,



troubleshooting activities and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline. PhD will be considered an added advantage.
3–5 years of relevant R&D; experience with proven hands-on expertise in LC-MS/MS and HPLC instrumentation.
Experience in handling biological matrices such as blood, plasma and serum will be an added advantage.
Robust analytical, problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and cross-functional setting.
