About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong command of the C# / .NET ecosystem and a solid understanding of the full software development life cycle. The ideal candidate is hands-on across design, development, testing, and application management, and takes pride in writing clean, scalable, high-quality code. You will play a key role in building robust, distributed backend systems and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code using .NET / C#.
Build technical interfaces, specifications, and system architecture aligned with best practices.
Develop, test, and refine software prototypes from concept to deployment.
Enhance, adapt, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
Maintain high code quality through rigorous testing and adherence to coding standards.
Stay current with evolving .NET terminology, tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.




Collaborate with fellow developers and software professionals to deliver project requirements on time.
Provide technical support and guidance to the broader software team as needed.

Required Qualifications
4 to 8 years of hands-on development experience in C# / .NET.
Strong proficiency with the .NET framework, MongoDB, and SQL Server design and architecture.
Solid grasp of advanced NoSQL and MS-SQL database concepts.
Working knowledge of API and architecture styles REST and RPC.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a cooperative team environment.

Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience with Apache Kafka, microservices architecture, and event-driven programming.
Exposure to designing and scaling distributed backend systems.
