Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our Fastrack showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Promote and sell Fastrack products, including watches, smartwatches, sunglasses, bags, and accessories.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
Maintain product displays and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.




Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Follow store policies and operational procedures.

Eligibility:
12/ Any Graduate.
0–3 years of experience in retail sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:
Customer service orientation.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail workplace.
