Role & responsibilities
Install, commission, and calibrate rice color sortex machines at customer sites.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic faults.
Troubleshoot CCD cameras, LED lighting systems, ejectors, air compressors, and control systems.
Optimize machine settings to achieve maximum sorting accuracy and product quality.
Train customer operators on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Conduct periodic service visits and prepare detailed service reports.
Coordinate with technical support and spare parts departments to minimize machine downtime.
Maintain service records, warranty documentation,



and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
Travel extensively to customer locations for installation and after-sales service.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with leading color sorter brands.
Robust analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently under pressure.
Knowledge of rice milling processes and grain quality standards.
Proficiency in preparing technical reports and service documentation
